As April draws to a close we are pleased to see positive progress at the Waveny Community Centre project. The primary structure works are substantially complete, and the building form is clearly taking shape. Key services installations are underway, and roof cladding is nearing completion, giving the first real glimpses of the finished aesthetic.

As well as architect, we are providing supervisor and management roles under the NEC 4 contract, maintaining collaboration with all project stakeholders to drive the project to completion in the summer 2025.

Attention is now turning to internal finishes and detailing, where the design intent will be fully realised. We are excited to see the next stages come to life and will continue to share updates as the project moves towards completion.
